I finally got around to adding tags to aether. Next I'll probably do an rss feed by tag(s), and finally fold the axis blog into my main blog (this one).

Update: I added blog and feed by tag. To get only posts that have at least one of a set of tags, first visit the tag page, then use the 'read my blog with this tag' or 'follow my feed with this tag' link.
