Lots of things were flowering in Florida. Other plants were just interesting even without flowers. I intend to devote another page to the orchids we saw, but here are the non-orchid plants. Updated 2009-02-29: Added image titles.

These photos come from a number of sites: Jeena's yard in Boca Raton, Loxahatchee National Refuge in Boynton Beach (warning: audio), Morikami Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Miami, American Orchid Society in Delray beach (a site that will sadly be closing to the public this spring due to "endowments hit by the financial crisis"), and the link Everglades National Park.
